Tech Summer Trainee Campaign

Does your company need a summer expert or are you looking for a technical summer job or internship?

The City of Rauma offers housing and bus benefits to DI and architecture students who come to work in Rauma-based technology and construction companies and architectural firms for summer. The bus benefit can also be exchanged for a bicycle benefit. The benefits are offered against an employment contract and are valid in June, July and August.

The company and the student are responsible for concluding the summer employment contract in the normal way. The company must be located in Rauma. The student will receive the ‘housing’ and ‘car’ benefits by presenting the employment contract to the project manager of the campaign.

The campaign is aimed at architecture or engineering students at Finnish universities of technology (e.g. Aalto University, University of Tampere, Lappeenranta-Lahti University of Technology and University of Oulu).

Around 20 to 30 summer workers are eligible for these benefits. The campaign will support companies’ recruitment needs for future talent in technical fields.
