Raumanmeri´s artificial ice rink

The artificial ice rink at Raumanmeri is open on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on weekends from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The ice rink is closed daily for ice maintenance from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, and on Mondays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Visibility from the ice resurfacing machine is limited, so all users must vacate the ice area and rink during maintenance breaks.

At Raumanmeri’s artificial ice rink, stick use is only permitted within the rink enclosure.

Lähdepelto´s artificial ice rink

The artificial ice rink at Lähdepelto is open on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on weekends from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The ice rink is closed daily for ice maintenance from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and on Mondays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Visibility from the ice resurfacing machine is limited, so all users must vacate the ice area and rink during maintenance breaks.

At Lähdepelto’s artificial ice rink, stick use is allowed in the rink enclosure and on the ice area on the side of the fitness stairs. The ice area between the rink and the changing shelters is reserved for skaters without sticks.

It’s recommended to check the status of the artificial ice rinks on the sports services’ Facebook page, as the website is not updated on weekends or public holidays. Any exceptional usage restrictions are also updated on the Facebook page. Use of the artificial ice rinks is free of charge.

The skating areas are iced in a specific order as weather permits during working hours. Ice maintenance takes priority over skating, and skaters are expected to give way.
