The City of Rauma’s customer service is located in the service point Pyyrman in Valtakatu 2 A. The service advisors provide comprehensive information and guidance on all city services.
Our premises are accessible and located on the street level.

Cashier services and online shop
From our service point and the city’s online shop, you can buy Rauma products, trap permits, traffic park ten-pack cards, senior bracelets, gym keys and gym time recharge, among other things.
At the city’s cashier, you can pay your city bills without paying a service charge.
Registration for tours organised by the city is easy in the online shop.

Rental of boat berths
Booking a berth is primarily done via the online booking service. If it is not possible to renew online, you can come to our service point.
The key to the gates of the Kouluranta and Sjölund docks can be obtained at the service point. A key deposit of €50 is payable when you pick up the key.
Facilities for rent
The City of Rauma has a range of facilities available to meet different needs. You can apply for cultural and youth facilities as well as cottages and rowing boats through the Timmi reservation system.

Ticket sales
The Pyyrman sells some tickets for events organised by the city, as well as other events by agreement.

Rowing boats on loan
The City of Rauma has rowing boats for hiking, which are free to borrow, in Mustalahti and in Omenapuuma, at the end of the nature trail.
The boat at the Mustalahti marina (Siikluomantie 18, position 61°18.489, 21°45.638) can accommodate 3 people and is located at mooring no. 21.
There are two boats in Omenapuumaa (location 61°11.660, 21°26.603). Boat 1 is longer and can accommodate 4 people. Boat 2 is smaller and can accommodate 3 people.
The boats are popular, so it is advisable to book through the Timmi online system. Reservations can also be made by calling Pyyrman. The boats are locked and the key is available at the service point. If you cannot pick up the key during opening hours, please contact us. In this case, the key will be delivered to the key box, where you can pick it up with the key code. Please remember to return the key immediately after use.
Gyms
The annual fee for the Kourujärvi (Pommari) and Lappi gyms is €60.50. The period of use starts on the day of payment. From online shop You can buy extra time for your tag. Tags are activated during Pyyrman’s opening hours.
The price of the gym key tag is €10 and you can order it from the city’s online shop or buy it at our service point.
Customer computer
Customers can use the computer independently.
Copying and printing services cost 50 cents per A4 form.
Payment of city bills
You can make payments at Pyyrman at no extra cost, either in cash or by debit or credit card. Please note that bills from the healthcare (Satakunnan hyvinvointialue), cannot be paid with us.
Construction Surveys
Site marking and site survey are ordered from Pyyrman. To place an order, the customer must visit us in person. Please bring stamped building drawings of site plan and floor plan.
Trap permits
We sell recreational fishing permits for the fishing area of city of Rauma. Maximum 8 pcs/person, 4€/tag. The permit is personal and valid from 1 January to 31 December.
The tags can also be ordered from the city’s online shop.
