The City of Rauma’s central customer service provides information and guidance on all City of Rauma services at Service Point Pyyrman.
Rauma City Hall
Rauma Town Hall provides administrative services for all sectors. The City Hall also houses the Pyyrman service point, which provides centralised information and guidance on all City of Rauma services. In addition, the City Council Chamber and the City government meeting room are located in the City Hall.
All services are provided through the main doors of the Town Hall, via the advice desk and telephone switchboard in the lower lobby.

Registry and City Archives
The City of Rauma Registry receives incoming documents, registers them and forwards them for processing. The Registry maintains the records management system that displays all administrative decision-making activities of the City of Rauma.
The Rauma City Archives are the central archives of the city and are responsible for storing the permanent and long-term documents of the various departments. The central archive also holds documents from the Rauma rural municipality, Kodisjoki and the municipality of Lappi, which were transferred following the mergers of municipalities.
Data Protection and Information Management
The City of Rauma complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is directly applicable legislation. In addition, there is also the Data Protection Act (1050/2018) and other national legislation. Proper processing of personal data strengthens the rights of the data subject and increases openness and transparency.
The Public Administration Information Management Act (906/2019) obliges municipalities to maintain a public document description of the information resources and the register of records they manage. The purpose of the description is to make requests for information easier for the citizens. Anyone has the right to obtain information about public documents.
