Permits and Notices
This list contains information on the most commonly required permits and notices that the event organiser needs to take care of. For most events, at least a land use permit and a public event notice to the police are mandatory. The number of permits and notices depends on the nature and size of the event and its impact on the surrounding area.
- It is advisable to start applying for permits well in advance of the event. Permits and notices will be processed once all the relevant attachments and reports have been drawn up and submitted to the processing authorities.
- The event organiser will ensure that all necessary permits are applied for, notices are sent, and other necessary arrangements are made well in advance of the event.
