Great that you want to organise your event in Rauma! The Event Organiser’s Guide has been created just for you. Rauma is a versatile city for events, with the right facilities and services. Whether you are planning a festival, concert, exhibition, fair or children’s event, we are ready to welcome you and your event and make it happen.
The Event Organiser’s Guide was published in February 2020. Our diverse city full of events makes it possible to organise events all year round. We wanted to compile the most important things to consider in event planning into one package to support the work of event organisers in Rauma as well as organisers from outside the region. The guide contains information on event organisation, marketing, venues, licensing and registration procedures, as well as a comprehensive set of tips to support event planning. The guide also provides contact details for help and advice on the different stages of planning and organising an event.

Service point Pyyrman
The customer service point Pyyrman provides information and guidance on all the services of the City of Rauma.
Pyyrman’s services include advice and guidance and a forms service. You can also pay bills, rent cultural facilities, order maps and measurements, and check out the available town plans at Pyyrman. Pyyrman also sells season and serial tickets for Rauma Gyyt local transport and Seutu+ bus season tickets.
Service Point Pyyrman also manages and rents out the city’s rental apartments and is home to International House Rauma.
