An annual planning review is published, which provides information on pending and upcoming projects in the municipality. The review presents the planning projects that are in the planning stage during the year, which are progressing according to their own participation process and decision making preparation schedule.

Important planning projects for 2024 in Rauma include the Vanha-Lahti general plan, the Old Rauma town plan and the town plan changes in the Järviluoto and Lakari areas. Work has also begun on the planning of the Äijänsuo Sports Centre area.

The Planning review includes 7 general and 25 town plans, most of which are already underway.

The Planning review is published on the City of Rauma website, where you can find links to pending town plans and general plans. The plans presented in the Planning Review have been announced as pending on 8.2.2024.

Each draft plan has its own page (in Finnish) where you can find the current materials and any studies for that plan.
