Passenger groups

The categories of passengers on the Rauma Gyyt are adults, discount groups and free riders. Discount groups include children and younf people aged 7-16, military and civilian servicemen, students and seniors.

Those travelling free of charge with Rauma Gyyt are

• Children under 7 years old
• Pets
• War veterans
• People with baby carriages
• People with walkers and an assistant/escort
• People with wheelchair and assistant/escort
• Persons travelling with an EU disability card and an assistant if the card is marked A

You can use your travel card to buy series and season tickets. When you board the bus, you show your travel card to the card reader on the bus.

• Service point Pyyrmanista (Valtakatu 2A, mon, wed, thu 09:00-16:00, tue 09:00-17:00, fri 09:00-15:00)

Travel card costs 7 €.

Students must obtain a travel card from the service point to prove their student status (student card)..

Once you have purchased your travel card for the first time, you can make additional top-ups online, in vehicles or at Pyyrman. In vehicles, top-ups can only be made in cash.

Unused periods or services on travel cards will not be refunded to the customer.alle

Cash

If you bought your ticket in cash, the ticket you received from the car will serve as a receipt for your next trip. The ticket will state the date until which it is valid. A one-way ticket has a 60-minute right of exchange.

Local payment function

or the ticket product, you need a debit card with a local payment function or a mobile phone with NFC functionality (Visa Electron, Mastercard, Eurocard or GooglePlay and ApplePay mobile apps). When paying by local payment, a daily cap of €7 for adults and €5 for concessionary groups will be applied to the payment device. There is no charge for journeys above the payment ceiling. The ceiling is reset at the end of each day. You can only pay for your own trips with the local fee and no separate receipt will be printed. You can follow your payment transactions at Littlepay.com

Mobile ticket

The mobile ticket can be purchased through the PayiQ Tickets app, which can be downloaded free of charge from Android and iOS app stores. The mobile ticket is valid immediately after purchase. The ticket is valid for 60 minutes. During the validity period of the ticket, you can travel unlimited on Rauma Gyyt. The ticket can be paid by mobile payment (phone bill payment), debit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard), Apple Pay and Pivo.

Serial ticket

A serial ticket is a ticket product that can be loaded onto a travel card and is suitable for occasional travel. The desired number of trips (22 or 44 trips) is loaded onto the travel card. The trips are valid for one year.

Seasonal ticket

A season ticket is a ticket product that can be loaded onto a travel card and is suitable for regular travel. A season ticket allows you to make unlimited journeys during the period of validity of the ticket.
