Parking

In some of our destinations you can reserve a parking space for your car or other means of transport. Reservations can be made by emailing isannointi@rauma.fi or by calling our customer service.
If there are no spaces available, they can also be queued and offered to you when they become available.

Fees are payable together with the rent.

• Car shelter with electric plug 30 e/month

• Garage (no room for car) 30 e/month

Meriraumantie 13 – 15 parking spaces are managed by eParking, download the application and create a user ID, so that we can identify and accept you as a user. You can rent a space once we have approved you as a parking space user.

We remind you that charging electric vehicles from plugs other than those intended for charging them, such as car heating plugs, electrical outlets on external walls is prohibited. It is also forbidden to charge batteries of various types of electric vehicles such as electric motorbikes/invehicles, bicycles, etc. from electrical sockets in common indoor areas. Car heating sockets and boxes are not rated to withstand the charging current. Charging in common indoor areas may cause hazardous situations. Charging indoors also poses a fire risk, so supervise charging and avoid charging on exit roads.

Sauna

Some of our properties have a communal sauna, where you can book a sauna shift on sauna days. You can find the sauna days and the booking list on the door of the sauna. Please make your reservations by e-mail isannointi@rauma.fi or by calling our customer service.

Water Charges

In properties with individual water meters, the charge is based on consumption. For water charged according to consumption, the water charge is based on Rauman Vesi’s tariff and for hot water, the costs of heating are included.

The billing interval is 2 months and water bills are paid according to the invoice.

The fee based on the number of persons is paid when the rent is paid.

Laundry Room

The washing facilities available to residents are currently free of charge. Reservations for laundry facilities are noted in the reservation calendar.

In the event of abuse, the laundry room may be subject to a charge or even closure.

When making your reservations, please take into account other users of the laundrette. Dry laundry must be collected from the drying room.

Storage Facilities

Residents have access to free storage cubicles. The storage cubicles are marked with an apartment number. If your storage space is occupied, please contact the manager, do not put your belongings in someone else’s stall. It is the tenant’s responsibility to obtain a lock.
