Housing Advice to all Rauma Residents
The City of Rauma offers free housing advice to all Rauma residents, regardless of the form of housing.
The housing advice service works with the customer to solve housing-related issues and direct them to timely services.
Housing advisers can provide guidance and advice on issues such as:
- applying for housing-related benefits and allowances
- finding a new home
- difficulties in paying rent
- housing management problems
- housing disruptions and evictions
Project on Housing Counselling
The main focus is on preventive work with young people and families with children. The job description emphasises the construction of new operating models in cooperation with residents, organisations, educational institutions and neighbouring municipalities. All ideas for promoting the well-being of city residents are welcome.
Housing Advisor Meri Kujansivu can be visited on Wednesdays from 9 AM to 4 PM without an appointment in the Brankkor conference room at Service Point Pyyrman, Valtakatu 2A.
Rental Housing
Housing advisor Nina Nordman can be reached at the city’s management of rental housing office at Valtakatu 2A. The office is open on Mondays to Fridays at 9 am to 14 pm.
