Building supervision archival service

Old permit documents and drawings are stored in the building supervision’s archive. Documents can be retrieved for a fee for the customer, and copies can be made. Drawings of small detached houses and row houses are available from the 1980s onward.

Information needed in searching for old documents

  • contact information: name, address and phone number
  • the property code for the site in question
  • the address of the site in question
  • the search will be faster if the original applicant of the permit, the year it was applied for and the permit code are also known

The customer will be notified when the documents are ready. The archive service is billed according to the current tariff. The customer also pays for any made copies upon collection.

Old documents and drawings can be inquired from the permit secretaries. You can also order the documents and drawings online.
