A Percent for Art

The City of Rauma is committed to the percent for art principle, meaning that a percent of the costs of development go in to art. Percent for art is based on the idea that every citizen has the right to enjoy and experience contemporary art in everyday life.

The percent for art is proposed to be integrated into the play equipment in the playground of the Uotila Wooden School and Day Care Centre, thus allowing maximum use of the art, taking into account the target group.

The design and implementation will be inspired by themes and styles such as the Monsturm collection.
