Monday

Adaptive Physical Activity Club for Adults on Mondays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM. We meet around the Karin Campus area or in the gymnasium. Wednesday

Neurological Circuit Training on Wednesdays from 12 PM to 2 PM Health Center, Rehabilitation Gym. For inquiries about available spots, contact: miamari.karta@rauma.fi or tel. +358 44 793 3246.

Light water aerobics at the swimming hall on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.



Adaptive
Physical Activity for Children

Monday

Family Physical Activity Club from 5 PM to 6 PM An adaptive physical activity club for the whole family of a child with special needs. Meet at the Pohjoiskehä School yard or gymnasium (on even weeks). Access via Uudenlahdentie to the school’s backyard. We aim to be outdoors, but in poor weather, activities are held indoors in the gym. The club includes games, outings, physical activities, and shared play. On odd weeks, we meet at the swimming hall for beginner swimming practice through games and play. The entire family of the child with special needs is welcome to join. Tuesday

Water Activity Club MOLSKIS for Schoolchildren at the swimming hall from 1:30 PM to 3 PM. Molskis is intended for children who may not participate successfully in general recreational activities or who have interaction challenges. This group is part of the Rauma Hobby Model and is therefore free of charge for participants.

If you wish to register a child/youth for the fall Molskis group, please complete this form and send it by email to jasmin.lainio@rauma.fi, tel. +358 44 4863924. You will then receive a link to the registration.

Transportation to the swimming hall will be provided for participants if school ends between 1:00 PM and 1:15 PM on Tuesdays. Transportation from the swimming hall back home must be arranged independently.

Schedule:
Snack for Molskis participants at 1:30 PM
Transition to changing rooms and showers at 1:50 PM
Pool time from 2:00 PM to 2:50 PM
Return to the swimming hall lobby around 3:10 PM

Thursday

Adaptive Physical Activity Club at Pyynpää School from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM. For more details, visit the Hobby Model page.

Persons with severe disabilities or chronic illnesses have the right to free entry for an assistant at Rauma Swimming Hall. Presenting the EU Disability Card verifies the need for an assistant. Inquiries about the EU Disability Card can be directed to Kela.
