Register as a program organizer

We want to offer con-goers a wide range of things to do and for that we need volunteer’s help. The convention will focus on anime, manga and cosplay, but feel free to suggest other activities related to japanese or korean cultures, gaming or nautical activities.

As an programmer, you can give a lecture or even run a discussion group. There are also options to run a workshop, meets, presentations and quizzes.

The program can’t contain any illegal, harmful or violent materials. The event and it’s programs are held in a library, which is an open space for everyone.

When applying for hosting a programme, include the name and contents of your programme as well as the duration of it and your contact details. Send the application at mericon@rauma.fi.
