Themo smart thermostats taken into use in properties

In properties where underfloor heating in washrooms comes from a real estate company, Themo smart thermostats have been introduced. Based on a smart algorithm, the Themo Energy Saving Service enables centralised apartment-specific underfloor heating control and monitoring of usage data.

Optimising underfloor heating minimizes unnecessary heating when we can set apartment-specific target temperatures. The target temperature is currently set at 25 degrees. Residents won’t be inconvenienced by this, and you may not even notice the change, except the floor may feel a little cooler underfoot than before the thermostats were installed.
