It is the tenant’s duty to carefully care for and maintain his apartment. The landlord collects from the tenant compensation in accordance with the tenant invoicing price list for negligent violation of the tenant’s apartment costs caused by poor maintenance, repairs to various own installations, smoking inside or otherwise untidy condition of the apartment. The landlord may also charge for services requested by a third party and costs for not returning the keys according to the price list. Prices correspond to average repair costs and include labour, supplies and current VAT.
