The modified traffic arrangements will ensure that visitors can move around the area safely on foot.

  • Lace Week is a city festival for the whole family, and we want to ensure a safe experience for everyone. Therefore, it is particularly important to take the changed traffic arrangements into account,” says Outi Lehtorinne, Cultural Producer in charge.

There is plenty of parking outside the market area. In the vicinity of the event area, temporary parking will be available in the parking area in the courtyard of the Kari school and in the parking area of the Tarvontori shopping centre.

Pedestrian zone season will continue in Old Rauma during Lace Week. Business owners and residents in the pedestrian zone are allowed to drive onto the properties with a driving permit. Maintenance driving is also permitted. Driving permits for the Old Rauma area are issued by Service Point Pyyrman at Valtakatu 2A.
