Floodwaters have cut off roads in different parts of Rauma on Tuesday 26.11. Roads have been completely or partially cut off due to floodwaters or prevention measures.
Pyynpäänkatu street is blocked. Traffic on Pyynpäänkatu from the north-western direction is routed via Vähäkinnontie. It is not possible to provide a detour for traffic coming from the direction of Isometsäki, but traffic must turn back.
The section of Sorkantie road between Pyynpäänkatu and Pyyvahe has been reopened to traffic at around 13.00.
Kuivassuontie road is closed. The only access to the Hevossuo waste station is via Vuorenalhontie road.
The Suvitie road is partially out of service, as is the Hankkarintie light traffic lane.
In addition, the areas of the Lähdepello sports centre and the Monna field are flooded.
Water may have risen on roads elsewhere as well. Drivers and other road users are advised to exercise caution.
